Yes, it's lead in my backpack

I take all my force and give her my backpack. I do my best that it looks easy. The saleswoman falls down with my backpack.

  1994-08-22:

A shopping tour to get all necessary parts for my Back Pack. First stop at Varta batteries shop. My new ESCOM Paradigma DX2/66 notebook needs 2 times more energy than my old ESCOM Companion SX33. Out of this reason, I think it is a good idea to upgrade to 12V 10Ah lead acid batteries.

I am on the way with my mountain bike and a back back. On the way from the Varta batteries shop to the Media Markt, I get more and more doubt about the stronger batteries. What shall I do with 8 hours mobile computing time when I break down after 2 hours under the weight? I have not only the new lead acid battery pack in the backpack. I calculated before the weight from the full equipped Back Pack. To test the feeling, I have together with the 10Ah battery 25 kg in my backpack.

I decide to exchange the new batteries packs by 6Ah battery packs, but first I want to purchase the loudspeakers in the Media Market.

At the entrance of the Media Market is a small light saleswoman.

SW: You have to give me Your backpack in order to come into the shop.

I take all my force and give her my backpack. I do my best that it looks easy. The saleswoman falls down with my backpack. She lays on the ground with my backpack on her chest.

SW: Have You lead in Your backpack?
RM: Yes, but how do You know this?
