Weak government, extreme shortsighted car companies

In the 90ties of the last century had been USA and China underway towards electric mobility. The law in California from 1990 ZEV - Zero Emission Vehicles - 2% starting with 1998, 5% starting with 2001, 10% starting with 2003 would have made the US to the worldwide leading manufacturer of modern cars.

But a weak governments was not able to accomplish this against the extreme anti-progressive car companies. The law was destroied, the US car industry made a self destruction with this. Complete different in China, there had been the government able to establish electric mobility.

Weak government, not leading shortsighted companies by laws in the right direction are an economic disaster. The condition of the car industry in the US is an example what a weak government causes.

How can 2 billion people without electric grid connection reach a good standard of living? Photovoltaic modul by photovoltaic modul. On the Intersolar had been shown home systems of different size. It starts with communication and education, later refrigerator and electric cooker and leads further to electric scooter and electric car.

	The USA could be today leading in the production of modern cars. The laws had been, but a weak government caused the disaster.
