Dramatic warning from the IEA. A more bad economic crisis could come, when there is a head on collision between decreasing oil production and a coming economic rise.

The IEA had 2008 a dramatic change. From a oil is eternal jubilation society to desperate alerters to leave oil before oil leaves us.

PEGE wrote already october 2008, that the exploration of new oil fields will succumb. Now this is a general oppinion, shared also by the IEA

Urgent to change the tax system. Tax fossil energy instead of humans. Finance with a CO2 tax an exempted amount at the social security tax. Poor people in out society do not pay income tax. A lower income tax can not help them. The are only forced into poverty by the so called "social security tax".

The consequential costs of CO2 emissions are not taken in account in the tax system. After current estimation could the 900 million tons CO2 emission from one year in Germany cause consequential costs from 1200 billion EUR to 2200 billion EUR.

Prognosis Sweden
	The prognosis of the electric power producers in Sweden is with 600.000 electric cars until 2020 much more realistic, than the German with 1 million.

E-Max S long time test continued
	We have the E-Max S electric scooter since October 26th 2006 in a long time test. Our long time test vehicle hat January 1st 2009 11488 km.

Visit a customer despite snow with the scooter
	As long as the snow is only on the side streets and parking spaces, it is with winter tires no problem to drive with the electric scooter.

As long as the main street has a scooter track
	On the way back from Eugendorf was the snow also on the main street, but only in the middle. As long as there is a half meter without snow, it's no problem to drive.

Winter spreading goes north
	February 2nd, 4 motorcyles in front of the shopping center. When the 2 stroke rattle stinks are not stoped soon, it will be very expensive to pay scraping bonus for them.

Limit winter tires for scooters on snow

	The next gasolin station would have been ESSO Leikermoser. But they print only bills on thermal paper. So I have to drive since years further to Anif to refuel.

	It is not enough to reduce the increase of CO2 in the atmosphere. It is necessary to reduce the CO2 contained in the atmosphere to the amount in 1900.

2009 The fossil recession is contradicted
	Peak oil brought 2008 all economy bubbles to burst, but instead of a consequent change to renewable energy, the fossil stuck in the mud do not give up.

CO2 carbon dioxid interest
	Who takes a credit has to pay back because of the interest much more. Also at the greenhouse gases, interest exists, the unfreezing permafrost grounds worsen the situation.
