Historic motivations for the current tax system

We have to study the historic motivations for the current tax system to understand why we heve a tax system which burdens to the maximum humans, most companies and the environment, stops reasonable developments and contributed essential to the economic crisis.

The economic crises has to be understand as first fossil recession, because peak oil bursted all economic bubbles. But peak oil was only reached because we have a tax system punishing human work and rewards energy wasting.

With a reasonable tax system, the oil demand would not have been 2008 so big to create $147 as a record in oil price. A CO2 tax to finance an exempted amount at the social insurance. Lower incomes do not pay income tax, there is only the social insurance the big hammer.

At the example of a cab driver with 1500.-brutto per month salary is shown, that 10 cent per kg CO2 tax, 600.-EUR exempted amount at the social insurance makes even cab driiving cheaper, a profession seen by most people as very energy intensive.
