September 2007: Since 2005, I was sceptic against the fuel cell car. At the IAA 2007 GM showed plug-in hybrid cars with 3 different range extenders. Diesel, gasoline und hydrogen fuel cell.

October 2007: I search in the internet, the price per kW fuel cell is about $3000. There is no rentability at this price. But why not use hydrogen in an ICE internal combustion engine? But hydrogen is extrem complicate to transport. It would be great to make hydrogen more easy to transport.. Carbon from biomass, oxygen and the hydrogen is easy to transport, methanol.

February 2008: Stretch biomass by hydrogen, how is a compare between hydrogen fuel cell vs internal combustion engine with methanol? For 2800 kg wood, it's even not possible to buy a high pressure tank for hydrogen.
