The free market economy should work where the free market economy has a good performance. The best example for a good performance is the computer industries. Always cheaper, always better products. If the area of renewable energy would be as good as the computer area, we would have no problems with CO2 and limited fossil energy resources. This problem would be history.

Only areas where the free market economy fails completely should be influenced by politic.

  2. Government declares targets for this area
    For example to develop cheap practical heat energy free houses
  3. The area continues to fail the development
    For example building industries ignores total the GEMINI inhabited solar power plant.
  4. Government declares the area is an idiot area
    This means all taxes payed by companies working in the idiot area
    will be used as venture capital for newcomers in order
    to give the power of the market a new chance in the idiot area
Step 4 is the ultimate threat for a bad area: We will take all Your taxes in order to create new powerfully competitors with many new ideas.

Statistic shows: government is a bad businessman. Out of this reason, government should not try to handle an idiot area with direct government controlled companies. The better way is a competition to distribute all the taxes collected in the idiot area as venture capital.
