The IEA - International Energy Agency warns more and more dramatic. From "We should leave the oil before the oil leaves us" April 2008 up to drastic warning before a worse economic crisise caused by oil scarcity February 2009.

World wide had been 2008 27261 MW wind power plants and 5950 MW photovoltaic new installed. The yearly yield of all new installed wind and solar energy would be enough for 28 million electric cars based on 15000 km per year and 15 kWh/100km. Photovoltaic is cheaper than crude oil, the possibilities to expand renewable energy are just right now only limited by storage technology.

The costs for the oil exit are essentially determined by service life and production costs of the batteries, we will use in our electric cars and plug-in hybrid cars.

PEGE has the big honor to publish first a press release from Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Joop Schoonman about a patent application of OGRON BV. The solution for service life and production costs of lithium batteries in vehicles and up to an electric power storage for a wind park.

	A recent development of OGRON BV, the Dutch company, is promising to revolutionise the Lithium battery technology and battery and energy storage technologies in general.

New lithium technic without thermical problems
	This invention is avoiding all thermal problems which, sofar, are customary for conventionally manufactured Lithium batteries.

	As mentioned above, the OGRON technology is using only active materials and no additives. As a result, only the electrolyte is determining the length of the useful life
